My name is Ariana Roque and ever since I can remember I’ve been an empath. At a young age, I noticed my deep desire to want to help people. I felt I was able to understand and connect with people so easily because I was able to see myself within them, and that gave me hope.  As I got older, I felt the need to channel the energy I felt inside myself for so long. My first love is people, and it only grew as I got older. When I became old enough to start putting the pieces together I started taking what I learned from childhood from going to therapy, participating in meditation and yoga that’s when it all changed for me and I wanted to make this my career. I wanted to experience life. Soon after, I bought a ticket from Coral Springs, Fl (my hometown) to Los Angeles. I started to immerse myself into all things self-care and wellness to try and become the best version of myself. My beautiful and windy path has led me to some incredible experiences that I would love to share with the world however I can. I am now located in my sweet hometown of Coral Springs, Florida. I believe my life’s work is to help people connect with themselves. When you feel better in the moment you are in, you start to love your day, weeks, months and year and soon you start to love your life.
