Hot Yoga Flow:
In our Hot Yoga Flow classes, sometimes referred to Vinyasa, which are movements and poses placed in a special way. Most Movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, while linking the breath, which is a primary focus.
The wide variety of dynamic poses that ebb and flow in energy will enhance your stability, strength and flexibility. You'll practice a warm up sequence, incorporating a breath practice, followed by standing poses and/or vinyasa.
Three Quarters in contains seated or prone yoga poses or asana, finished with a 5 minute Meditation. YUM, right?
This class offers beginners a platform to establish their yoga practice foundation and also allowing consistent yoga practitioners to challenge/re-establish their foundation.
Modifications are offered with Props (offered in studio),
This class will be warm to heated at 85 degrees - 100 degrees, allowing the body to move and stretch with more ease
Warmer Temperatures invite the a quicker time to warm up so the joints can rehydrate from the practice.

Stretch & Relax (Gentle) Yoga
Stretch and Relax Yoga is offered with no additional heat.
This restorative series is perfect for anyone with tightness or tension in body seeking a soothing gentle practice with deep stretches and guided attention to the breath.
This class is a blend of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga that creates a slower-paced style of modern yoga with seated, prone, or reclining poses. These yummy stretches are held for longer periods of time than other styles of yoga.
This class is mostly a floor series.
Perfect for seniors and individuals seeking a more gentle yoga practice!
*All Levels Welcome
*Recommended Equipment, not required: yoga mat, strap, blocks, blankets, or bolsters.
*Recommended for those seeking to move in a slower-paced class
Sivananda Yoga with Shelli
Shelli Teaches this 1.5hr Sivananda Yoga Class- which is based on 5 principles and 12 basic Asanas
1. Proper Relaxation

3.Proper Exercise ( Asana)
4. Positive Thinking and Meditation
5. Proper Diet
This practice is designed to accommodate all fitness levels
Some benefits of practicing Sivananda Yoga include learning to quiet the mind while increasing strength and flexibility.
Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and listen to their body. The connection between mind , body, and spirit is what we strive for. Shelli’s goals are to encourage students to see a clearer purpose to life by building a healthy body and clear mind. Shelli believes in the importance of keeping the physical and mental faculties strong to delay the aging process and achieve a beautiful body at any age.
Beginners Sivananda Yoga class is held on Mondays at 7:30m
Sivananda Yoga is also offered Wednesdays at 7:30pm &
Sundays at 4:30pm
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing method, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Includes light stretches to relax the body.

Warm Gentle Yoga
A delightful class...that will get you "Zenned" out.
Gentle Poses/movements will be practiced and held a little longer

If you enjoy Savasana (meditation) at the end of yoga class this class is for you. Yoga Nidra is like an extended guided Savasana as you're led to the edge of sleep and conscious bliss. Yoga Nidra is a gentle guided meditation that reduces tension and stress throughout all five Koshas, or layers of being; our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and consciousness through states of deep relaxation utilizing body scanning, visualization, and breath awareness.
This class meets is Friday at 7:30pm
We recommend joining our Yoga Flow at 6pm and then staying for Yoga Nidra at 7:30pm
*Length of Yoga Nidra class time is: About 30 minutes
*bring your mat, show up in your Pjs (or bring some clothes) and let this class prepare you for an amazing night sleep.

Vin - Yin Yoga
Get the best of both worlds- Vinyasa (flow yoga) and Yin Yoga, as you dive into the vin-yin practice!
You'll get to engage and strengthen and then soften and restore all in one class!
