Stretch & Relax
Slow Flow Yoga is offered in our Sunroom with no additional heat.
This class is a blend of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga that creates a slower-paced style of modern yoga with postures mostly performed seated or laying on the mat. These yummy stretches are held for longer periods of time than other styles of yoga.

Warm All Levels Yoga
Warm Yoga is suited for all levels. This class is the perfect invitation for those who may be timid of the heated classes, but also curious about practicing in a different temperature.
Yoga basics are practiced, starting from the foundation of a posture and demonstrating the progression of the poses, offering beginners the platform to establish their yoga practice foundation and also allowing advanced yogi/yoginis to challenge/re-establish their asana foundation.

All Levels Yoga
This all levels class is suited for beginners, while also useful for advanced practitioners to get back to the basics. We break down the basics of the practice, starting from the foundation of a posture and demonstrating the progression of the practice, offering beginners the platform to establish their yoga practice foundation and also allowing advanced yogi/yoginis to challenge/re-establish their foundation.
This class will be warm/room temperature to allow for the body to easily create heat from within, allowing your muscles to expand and flow with the practice. Color/Light therapy & high-grade essential oils are Incorporated.

Kid's Yoga
These classes fun classes are tailored to providing more self awareness, control, and connection to themselves as well as to others. Kids Yoga is a opportunity for your child to socialize and be in a community with other children practicing yoga together.
(*For younger children, parents are welcomed to watch quietly in the back of the room.)
If you as the Parent or caretaker could use some YOU time, we offer an All Levels Yoga class in the back at the SAME TIME as our Kid's Yoga. Get your yoga in while they do too!
This class will be held in the 'Moon room' or front room and is suitable for children (kids ages 4-9)
