"I was welcomed to this studio with literal "open arms." The feeling has never left. Sam is willing to try any type of class that would be beneficial to her people, including great workshops. I typically take the slow flow class with Carissa. She is sensitive to each person's individual abilities, limitations and goals. Quite a gift to balance all of that for each person. She participates, guides and observes keenly and kindly. She encourages with a spiritual depth and kindness. Give this studio a try. You will feel so good!" -Audrey C.

"This studio is AMAZING! The front room is beautiful and kept clean , and the back room is so spacious and open with the high ceiling! They have heaters for hot yoga classes. I highly recommend this studio. The owner and instructors are extremely warm and welcoming !!
