Yoga Flow more commonly known as Vinyasa translates as “placing with intention”. This class is a dynamic sequence of postures which all connect to each other using your breath. We begin slow and build on the sequence depending on your individual level.
As you find the flow of your poses, you begin to find the flow from the tangible aspects of your being, to the intangible. Balancing us from the deeper aspects, all the way to the subtle vibrations on a cellular level. This creates a marriage of our movement and our breath, creating balance in our bodies, our minds, and spirits.
